Dr. Kara Blaha
Owner/Veterinarian
Dr. Blaha is originally from Odessa, NY. Her connection with animals started early on, as her parents owned and operated a successful Dairy Farm for over 30 years. Dr. Blaha graduated from Cornell University in 2009. She worked at a general practice in Syracuse NY for a year prior to moving to Seattle, WA where she worked at a 24 hour emergency practice. In 2012 she moved home and shortly thereafter purchased Agape Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Blaha enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, but has special interests in preventative health care, nutrition, alternative medicine and surgery. When she's not working, Dr. Blaha enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Charlie and 2 beautiful daughters, Ella and Charlotte. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with her silly dogs, Uno and Sophia. Interesting Factoid: Dr. Blaha spent 4 months in Vanuatu in 2004 doing research on lizards! She also ran a marathon in 2010!D

I have had the pleasure of working at Agape since 2003. While most of my time is spent doing the bookkeeping, I occasionally help at the front desk, which is the most enjoyable part of my job because I get to meet our clients and their pets. When I'm not at work I spend my time with my family, usually at sporting events or traveling to see new places. I also have 2 dogs, Annie is a Boxer mix and Chibs is an English Bulldog.

I have been at Agape since 2003. I am currently the Clinic Supervisor and Inventory Manager. In my spare time I like spending time with my family and friends and of course my 2 fur babies, Luci and Leila.
Kellie

Hi, my name is Kellie and I've been a Licensed Vet Technician in the small and large animal setting for 20 years. I thoroughly enjoy my career, and have a special interest in small animal anesthesia and dairy medicine. I have 4 awesome children who keep me very busy showing livestock, participating in 4-H, FFA, Sports and visiting my oldest daughter at Virginia Tech. I have a Blue Heeler named Angus, a blue Pitbull named Jemma and 3 crazy kitties, along with many farm animals. The best part of my job is facing new challenges and being able to learn new things every day, even after 20 years!

I joined the Agape team in February 2018. You can find me greeting everyone at the front desk or helping out where ever I’m needed. I always enjoy meeting all the pets that come in throughout the day. When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my 2 Coonhounds.

I have been working at Agape since May of 2018. I plan on starting my schooling to become an LVT within the next year. I have a wonderful husband, a beautiful daughter, a Beagle named Bagel as well as two cats named Fish and Chips. On my days off you can find me outside and/or hanging out with my family!
